Sunderland were shown 94 yellow cards, a record in a single Premier League season.
Liverpool ended the season with their worst ever Premier League defeat (1-6) and it was the first time they've conceded 6+ goals in a league game since losing 7-2 to Tottenham in 1963.
Brendan Rodgers and Liverpool were embarrassed at Stoke on the final day.

Leicester City spent longer at the bottom of the table without being relegated than any side in Premier League history (140 days). For the second successive season, the team bottom of the Premier League at Christmas stayed up. Leicester became the first club to overturn a two-goal deficit against Manchester United in the Premier League when they beat them 5-3 in September.
