Premier League 2014/15 has ended with Champions Chelsea FC. Three clubs : Hull City, Burnley and Queens Park Rangers (QPR) have been relegated from the Premier League whereas three clubs : AFC Bournemouth, Watford and Norwich City have been promoted to the Premier League from the Championship.
